And now many States are with huge Nuclear and other Arms Power that can destroy the human civilization. So we can still keep the Nation Concept intact, but we need to meta format the world for meaningful global (and in possible future Universal) Integration. [ We need to develop the best form of Order Parameter to self organize (like LASER Model) the heterogeneous (and even homogeneous) Society like India or the World as a whole (and even in possible future, the Universe-kind(s) as a whole ) -----, and such order parameter is called the “Third Parallel World or TPW in case of the world (and Third Parallel Universe or TPU). Also this TPW (and may even TPU) will help to resolve the uncertainty in the knowledge system for the developing of political science that is framed through the question of “Who is to rule the society” in the form of “Pragmatism”, “Instrumentalism” or Conventionalism”., and thus find higher order Political Science through the TPW /U. And the Science of Law or Jurisprudence is usually based on the concept of Individual and State as fundamental entities, and so Humankind as a whole more or less gets neglected, and jurisprudence gets incomplete framework. But through the introduction of the TPW we can get complete and higher order jurisprudence. ], ii) in the COLD WAR between USA and USSR, there was competition between the world powers for the imposition of their own ideology and interest over the world, and the humankind got afraid that the cold war may get transformed into hot nuclear war, and so the need and mood of the humankind went for the non-imposition oriented or second order civilizations and history or SOCH ---, whereas man has been witnessing since ancient time the “First Order Civilizations and History” in form and format of imposition of might, manipulation, mental frame (or culture), interest structures of one or few groups over others. And the cultivation of the TPW/U (or J-U World/Universe) helps to cultivate the SOCH in humankind (and possible future in Universe-kind(s) )., iii) there has debate individualism versus collectivism -----, and so debate also between “whether the capitalism is eternal” or “socialism is next stage of capitalism” ----, and the cultivation of the J-U or its instrument TPW will help to resolve the debate and reconciles these best way to provide best form of (national level and global) economy along with superior spontaneous or automatic Global Economic Democracy, iv) humankind has been realizing that the technology providing increasingly superior and complex material culture and civilization, and simultaneously the humane or mental culture and civilization are going down ----, or the material and mental cultures and civilizations are going together, rather going opposite. The TKPX Meta Political Platform will put all efforts to take the humankind out of its sub-human phase from the year 2025 and by the year 2028 to make world poverty-free and environmental pollution free, and from the year 2030 the processes of the first phase of Total Salvation should start, and from the year 2037 the processes for all the phases (or 3+1 phases ) of the Total Salvation should start. In the first public lecture of SJA at the University of Mumbai in 1979, his teen aged mind clarified that because of some reasons, the then COLD WAR would be bound to collapse within a decade or so, and a West-led TEMPORARY Unipolar World would emerge, and thereby some natural reasons, the temporary unipolar world would start getting frustrated within a couple of decades, and thereby a new Bi-polar World would emerge (in the format of chemistry of ideology) along with some facilitating factors for the emergence of the Sole Zero Polar World of the J-U ----, and this Sole Zero Polar World would help to resolve the crises of civilization and take the humanity towards Total Salvation. Thus we see that the J-U is absolutely different and the LAST WORD for the humankind as well as *(future possible human communicable) universal civilizations. In some cases, Man can torture woman, and sometimes woman can torture man. We must respect the valid necessities both men’s world and women’s world. We need to evolve the spontaneous manner the human society or evolving section of human image compatible to evolving sex infrastructures, man-woman relation infrastructures, etc. (and vice-Versa). Thus society has greater roles than JURISPRUDENCE ----, and one should know that in ancient time, even the women that lived in forest had greater safety and dignity (than the present time. Women movements must not cultivate in any manner conspiracy against men or men’s world, and also should not cultivate CONVENIENTISM. Women movements must project concerns for the poorest women. Women Movements must transform themselves as CONSCIENCIZATION MOVEMENTS and Movement for common and higher causes and projects sincerely the poorest woman’s face from marginalized section of the society ---- [these will arrest cruelty of many bad men against women] ---, and without these modes of movements women may enter in danger zones automatically.

He came from lowest order origins -----, from intellectually dry place, from under developed district and from almost illiterate and poor family (but possibly from intrinsically highest order elite family). He earned and learned from his boyhood only. #### THE J-U REASONING :::

** ** The J-U is also called as the “Meta Institution” ----, and a part of the Meta Institution is called “Meta Reasoning”, which is divided mainly in two parts” i) J-U Reasoning(about which one can get some introduction in the BLOG namely “Joynuddin Unity recent blog spot.com”), ii) J-U Mysterious Reasoning, because it is a mysterious fact that the detractors (of any kind) against the J-U and SJA get automatically shrunken or destroyed, and also SJA came from extremely low origins in every way (i.e, from very poor and almost illiterate family and from intellectually dry place and from under-developed district, and he did earning and learning from his boyhood), yet he was able to provide (from his teen age only) the ultimate order global and universal Leadership Institution along with highest order knowledge systems, wisdom systems, general mechanism design, global & Universal statesmanship, peace engineering and modes of Total Salvation -----, and the reasoning for such mysterious facts is allied J-U Mysterious reasoning .

** The humankind knows about the philosophical understandings related to the THREE ones, namely Nature (or Adibhoitik”),super Natural (or Adibaidik”) and self (or Introvert-ness or spiritualism or “Adhyatinik”) ---, where the J-U provides total ELEVEN ones (including the above three ones). The humanity has imageries related Judgment Day, Hell and Heaven, and the Hells and Heavens continue forever till Eternity.

And the humanity has no proper understanding about Eternity -----, and the J-U provides at least three fundamental Eternities and also for the imagery like the “”Mystery of Trinity” in Christianity (i.e. God, Jesus and Holy Ghost) -----, where the J-U provides mystery of Unity, Mystery of Duality, Mystery of Trinity, Mystery of Tetranity, Mystery of Pentanity, Mystery of Hexanity and Mystery of Heptanity, and these 7 Mysteries form a complete set of Mysteries or a “TOKEN MYSTICISM”, and the J-U provides many such Token Mysticisms that develops the (Divine and secular) Ocean of Knowledge Systems and Wisdom Systems. Human being is floating over the sea of faiths ----- ( sciences are too specially organized Faiths ) -----, and the J-U reconciles Faiths and also provides “Beyond Faith Structures” (like pure emotional Love, Interface between systems and non-systems and modifications of Dooms Days).

** The LOWEST ORDER or primary level group of icon-ships are the ULTIMATE INSTITUTION, the First Institution and the All Total Institution -----, and among these three, the lowest order one is the Ultimate Institution ------, and this group of icon-ships are coordinated by the MARGINALLY formatted “ABSOLUTE CONDITIONING”.

There are many such groups (or higher groups) of Icon-ships that are coordinated by the different parts (as well as different way formatted) of the Absolute Conditioning (and this is why the philosophy of Syed Joynuddin Ahamed is called the “PHILOSOPHY OF ABSOLUTE CONDITIONING” and also known as the “philosophy of Meta religion or Beyond Religion or Faith” or simply ”Joynuddinism”, and the unity associated with this philosophy is called the “Joynuddin-unity” or J-U).

**** By the by the ULTIMATE INSTITUTION --- which is the lowest order icon-ship of the lowest order group of icon-ships of the J-U ------. has about 19 Aspects and many additional Aspects and many ancillary Aspects. And the aforesaid Beyond Faith Structures, three Fundamental Eternities and Token Mysticisms are three out of the 19 Aspects of the Ultimate Institution. **** Absolute conditioning (lowest order): Syed Joynuddin Ahamed also exposed about two dozen aspects in the Absolute conditioning, such as “ total determinism”, “Absolute Space or Space –Framing”, “Absolute Time or Time-Framing”, Space-Time, etc. Thus the aforesaid Mystery of Trinity (exposed by His Holiness Christian Saint) is a signature towards the Sole Alternative World/Universe of the J-U,

SJA or Syed Joynuddin Ahamed (or Ahammed) was declared by some intellectuals in 1988 at the Kalina Campus of the University of Mumbai as the Ultimate Institution, which is the lowest order Icon-ship of J-U, whereas SJA is the Sole ICON of the J-U, and thus SJA was projected in 1988 in the lowest form, [ i.e., one can say SJA as the Ultimate Institution ++ (or UI++) ] ---- [Vide: the Indian Express, October 10, 1988, Mumbai ] ---- , however, the intellectuals also projected him as the ultimate, Thinker, Elite, Examiner and Endorser of the time and future [and certainly, SJA is the dedicated SERVANT of the humankind as well as Universe-kinds and total SLAVE of Divinity ].

***** The humankind has conceived in the last ten thousand years of human civilization only 10% knowledge systems and wisdom systems related to nature and human nature or image of those of the J-U ---, and in the longest future humankind by itself can be able (after lots of struggles) to conceive maximum 12% Essence level and maximum 19% landscape of that of the J-U. The humankind is egoist, thankless, cruel, conspiracy - loving, non-sincere and also has low order emotion and Ethics. So the humankind will be eligible to get (after the cultivation of the J-U) maximum 15% Essence Level and maximum 24% landscape of the J-U.

***** ENDISM and NO-ENDISM ::: It is absolutely true that the J-U can only resolve properly the emerging pathological crises of human civilization ----, and such crises are due to problems in Essence, Ethics, equality, ego, environment, ecology, education, economy, peace, prosperity, percolation of prosperity, justice, judiciary, freedom, future, etc.; due to age old or cyclically appearing philosophical and political problems, conflicts of faiths, ethos (and ideologies and non-ideologies); due to processes ------ (such as open or hidden nexuses among corporate houses, politics, media and even some social movements (including some women movements) are shrinking the space and scopes of common people, sovereignty of reason and common and higher causes, so such processes that shrink the spaces and scopes of common people and common and higher causes) ----- for the immature ENDs of politics, marriage institution, science, etc. [As such, for example, Science especially the Kernel of science or (theoretical) physics is now finding its boundary), whereas the J-U is providing the frameworks related to theoretical physics, mathematics, economics, political science, jurisprudence, epistemology, meta physics, axiology, etc and thus the J-U is to arrest all the immature Ends. And after a long future, when there will be many matured ends, including the End of Faiths, the J-U will provide dignified alternatives to all these matured ends (and this is called the J-U No-Endism Institution).

******* SJA is a mysterious man ----and surprisingly an ever green young man. He came from lowest order origins -----, from intellectually dry place, from under developed district and from almost illiterate and poor family (but possibly from intrinsically highest order elite family). He earned and learned from his boyhood only. In his teen age only, he provided the frameworks for the HIGHEST ORDER knowledge systems, wisdom systems, universal statesmanship, general mechanism design, peace engineering and UNIVERSAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTION. **** He gave New Framework for Theoretical Physics (with the concept of “coherency between pre-creation and creation and the six selections processes), new framework of political science adding the concept of Third Parallel World to remove the intrinsic uncertainty in political science, new framework of economics and spontaneous global economic democracy, new framework of jurisprudence, new framework of epistemology, metaphysics and axiology and all that. In this way he also put forth absolutely new concepts like higher order systems, “non-systems”, “beyond faith structures”, three fundamental Eternities, Token Mysticism, Interface between systems and non-systems, “Modifications of Dooms Days”, , etc. He popularized the highest order general mechanism design, namely the “Multidisciplinarism” [ or very structures and integrated form of multidisciplinary, multidimensional, multisectoral and multi-institutional approaches] by forming the Syndicate of Multi-Disciplinary Studies and Association of Socio-Cultural Engineering respectively in 1983 and 1985 at the University of Mumbai. And all these he did in his teen age only when he was a research student ---- without fellowship, i.e., again earning and doing research and doing the J-U universal peace mission ---- at the physics department of the University. Yet there were different kinds of many detractors against him. Some tried to copy his works (but failed because of natural reason of the ultimate depth and vastness of the knowledge systems of the J-U). Some tried to throw SJA from his job or earning modes. Some tried to suppress him socially or suppress his News in the Media. But interesting thing is that all his detractors got automatically shrunken or destroyed. His Peace Engineering was of extremely high order and universal in nature -----, he explicitly started peace engineering from the year 1990 onwards , his peace engineering has been becoming most successful one.

In true sense, without the cultivation of the J-U, the humankind will be bound to be DUMB and BLIND in the future.

** By the by a work of his (of the year 2010) with the title “Zero polar peace Ambassador and the J-U Peace Ambassador and the Third Parallel World” with the Diary No. 13575-10/COL is being treated in confused manner by the copy Right Office, New Delhi --- and the work is a letter to Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Member of Parliament of India, and the work is with well-defined work size and each page of the work bears Syed Joynuddin Ahamed’s signature, and it looks that the letter of the copyright office to him dated Jan 11, 2013 regarding the above work is meaningless and many bear foul smell to some conspiracy against him.

There can have conspiracies to suppress or destroy Syed Joynuddin Ahamed’s works, so there is need to be always alerted to preserve his works, especially the Copy Right Office, New Delhi can take dominant roles in this matter. It is to be noted that this present work (i.e., the annexure-1) has been sent for copyrights registration in the Copy right Office, New Delhi on 7^th April, 2010 from the Head Post Office, Rampurhat, Pin-731224, India by a registered letter with A/D, No-6369 [378 gms]

[It is to be noted that all the above mentioned copyrights are register at the Office of the Registrar of Copyrights, Copy Right Office, New Delhi-110001 with the total ownership of Syed Joynuddin Ahamed, the Founder of the Joynuddinism, J-Paradigm and J-Unity and hailing from Mollarpur Village, Mollarpur-731216, Birbhum, West Bengal, India. And after the decease of Syed Joynuddin Ahamed, all the said copyrights will belong to the Joynuddin-Unity Universal Federation (or JUUF), which is registered by Syed Joynuddin Ahamed as a Charitable public trust at the sub-registrar office at Mollarpur-731216, India, but the JUUF will not be allowed to transfer or sell the copyrights to others, nor it will have power to make objection to use the said works by any individual or entity that is a formal member of the TAPPW/U or the SJOCHF. However, if the General Body of the aforesaid SJOCHF wants to take the said copyrights after Syed Joynuddin Ahamed’s death in the name of the SJOCHF then all the copyrights owned by Syed Joynuddin Ahamed will be owned by the SJOCHF instead of the JUUF, and the SJOCHF will also not be allowed to transfer or sell the said copyrights to others, nor it can give any objection to use the works related to the copyrights by any individual or entity that is formal member of the TAPPW/U or the SJOCHF].

Also there are many registered organizations, which bear documents of the Joynuddinism -----, and these organizations have been mainly registered by SJA in the Sub-Registrar Office at Mollarpur-731216, India and that at Panduvapur-571434, India. There are also Memorandums submitted (by Syed Joynuddin Ahamed) to the UNO and different nations. There are also documents on Syed Joynuddin Ahamed and the Joynuddinism written by some

intellectuals in some Journals of the University of Mumbai.

d). Two Writ Petitions by Syed Joynuddin Ahamed at the Honourable High Court at Bombay (Original Side) regarding i) pollution control and peoples information infrastructures and ii) conspiracy structures in Indian Democracy with the Case Numbers respectively 746 / 2000 and 1068 / 2000
